Explore Toolkit →An Empathy Circle is a structured dialogue where each person takes turns speaking and being heard — truly heard. Not debated, not advised. Just listened to with full attention and reflected back.
Based on Carl Rogers' active listening, it creates the experience of being deeply understood — often rare in daily life. Participants consistently describe leaving feeling lighter, more connected, and more seen.
Learn How It Works →Shares whatever is on their mind — feelings, thoughts, experiences — without interruption or advice.
Reflects back the essence of what was heard — not to fix or respond, but to let the speaker feel understood.
Everyone rotates through both roles. Equal voice. Mutual care. Collective empathic experience.
Four consecutive Saturday sessions, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM PST. Prerequisite: attend 2 Empathy Cafes first.
